About Shipping/Compensation

Once your payment is completed, the package will be shipped within 7 working days and will arrive in about 7 to 15 days. If the package is detained by the customs, it will take 2 months to check before it can be re-delivered.

Material

18K V gold is a special alloy material composed of tungsten, tin, palladium, manganese and other materials, mainly used for jewelry inlay. Made of 925 silver and other metals. Each gemstone is unique, so the tones and characteristics of the gemstones may vary from piece to piece.

How can I return my order?

Kindly note the Maison accepts online returns via mail or in a boutique. Orders are eligible for a refund if they are sent back within 30 days after delivery.

Returned creations must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Products that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Kindly prepare the creations in the original presentation box and ensure they are in perfect condition with all their packaging and accessories. The box must be safely sealed with the security tape provided inside the box.

Please take a photo of the creation(s) you would like to return, as well as a photo of your return package sealed with the tamper tape provided.
